The city of Niagara Falls sponsored the 2007 Santa Clause Parade and Festival on November 17 2007. The parade started at 11:00 A.M. and was followed by carnival rides, refreshments, entertainment and a free Santa party for the kids.

Since the band was invited to five parades on the same day, the coordinator split the group into 2 sections of 64 members each. One section attended three engagements and the other performed in 2 cities. Despite the overcast sky and cool temperatures, the band enthusiastically marched to the music that resounded through the downtown streets and brought joy to all those who listened.

Mr. Vito Scaringi, one of the parade coordinators, stated that there were 137 entries and approximately 30, 000spectators. He said, "The Tian Guo Marching Band is a great band and is the only Chinese band that we have here. Last year their performance made a profound impression on the audience and we all liked it.
