Worldfest is an annual three days cultural event in Toronto running from August 17 to 19 at Ontario Place (http://www.worldfesttoronto.com).

Toronto is one of the world's largest centers for cultural diversification, as more than 150 different nationalities live in the city and surrounding areas. Worldfest brings together more than 25 countries under a single umbrella to showcase the c ultural diversity that each has to offer.

On August 18, 2007, The Tian Guo Marching Band of Canada participated in the festivities. At 2:30 in the afternoon, the band began marching around Ontario Place much to the delight of the visitors. The powerful drum beats and beautiful music enticed many passersby to follow the band en route.

After the parade, the band performed 5 pieces on stage, and then demonstrated the Falun Dafa exercises to the captivated audience.

Mr. Fred Lamberti, president of the Worldfest Cultural Attractions Inc., stated that the Tian Guo Marching Band is "wonderful", and he would definitely invite them back next year.
