Ogdensburg, New York has been hosting a week long Seaway Festival for the past 54 years. The parade is part of the celebrations and is the largest in St. Lawrence County. This year it started at 11:00 am on Saturday, July 26.

This is the 4th. Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto participated. The crowd enthusiastically applauded the band.
