Markham is a city approximately 30 kilometres northeast of Toronto. The annual Santa Claus Parade is a popular event that attracts hundreds of audience members. This year the parade kicked off at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November25 at the Markham Community Centre.

The excited spectators greeted The Tian Guo Marching Band with applause and greetings of Merry Christmas. Many took photos and videos of the band's performance.
