The Essex Santa Claus Parade was held on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 6:30 PM. The theme of the parade this year was "The Magic of Christmas". The elaborately decorated floats that lit up the town certainly depicted that. The mild weather attracted a large crowd.

The Tian Guo Marching Band attended the parade that was televised live. The organizer said that the band was "amazing" and the audience members gave the band a warm welcome. Some spectators exclaimed "WOW" when they saw the band's performance.
