Every year Burlington hosts a 9-day outdoor music festival, with a parade held on the last day. On Saturday, June 16, 2018, at 10:30 am, the parade kicked off at Central Park in the downtown core. Thousands of enthusiastic spectators lined the streets.

The Tian Guo Marching Band was warmly welcomed by both organizers and the audience. Bill Sumner, parade organizer, had high praise for the band. He said, “I really enjoy their performance. That is why we invite them every year.”

Police officer Norm Deneault commented on the beauty and positive energy emanating from the band. Lynda Bonus and her mom applauded the performance saying, “They are amazing! All kinds of instruments and everybody smiling!”
