The 52^nd annual Toronto Beaches Easter Parade commenced at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April16, 2017. It is the biggest and longest running parade of its kind in all of North America. Approximately 50,000 people lined the streets to watch the event.

The enthusiastic crowd gave The Tian Guo Marching Band a warm welcome. Daniella Armstrong, who works in a bookstore in Toronto, and her friend, Fay Carretta, attended the parade. Ms. Armstrong said, “The Tian Guo Marching Band is amazing! I love their costumes, blue and white, just like white clouds in the blue sky.” After the parade, a spectator said, “You were awesome!”
