On Sunday, June 19, at 12:30 P.M. Oshawa held their grand Fiesta Parade to celebrate Father’s Day and kick off a week of multicultural celebrations. It is one of the top one hundred important festivals and events in Ontario.

Ms. Elsie Swerdfeger, the parade organizer, was happy that The Tian Guo Marching Band joined the parade again this year saying, “We have invited them to the parade for many years. They have added multicultural elements to Oshawa. Their performances are exciting and the colors of their uniforms are gorgeous.”

Podiatrist Mr. Carlos Sousa watched the parade with his family. He stated that the music from the band was great.
