Ottawa St. Patrick Day Parade, March 15, 2008

The 26th Annual Ottawa St. Patrick's Day Parade was held on Saturday, March 15 at 11:00a.m.(http://www.st-patricks-day.com/st_patricks_day_parades_canada_ottawa.asp)

Despite the cold weather and light snowfall, many enthusiastic audience members dressed in green to honor the Irish tradition, lined the streets.

This was the first year that the Tian Guo Marching Band was invited to attend. Spectators all along the parade route clapped and cheered in appreciation of the melodious tunes that the band played.
