The Annual Pen Centre Grande Parade commenced at 11:00 a.m. on September 29, 2007 in downtown St. Catharines. An outstanding array of floats, marching bands, drum corps, majorettes, giant inflatables and steel bands participated.

As one of North America's foremost street parades, entries were submitted from Ontario and North Eastern USA. For a second year in a row, The Tian Guo Marching Band of Canada was selected to join the parade. This is the second year that Tian Guo Marching Band was invited to join this event. Tens of thousands of spectators lined the streets.

Audience members were thrilled to hear the resounding drumbeats and cheerful music of The Falun Dafa Band. Bystanders smiled, clapped, gave the thumbs up sign and shouted, You're Good in appreciation.
