The annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade was held on Saturday, March 16 in downtown Ottawa. Tian Guo Marching Band members from Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto participated in the event. It was -7C when the parade began and -15C with the wind chill factor but the cold temperatures did not deter the spectators. Thousands of parade enthusiasts lined the streets and applauded the band’s performance.
