2014 marks the 40th anniversary of the Oshawa Fiesta Week, an annual week- long multicultural family festival. The celebration was voted as one of the top 100 festivals and events in Ontario.

Each year the event commences with a parade at 12:30 PM. This is the 8th consecutive year that the Tian Guo Marching band participated in the parade. Enthusiastic spectators lined the streets and gave the band a warm welcome.
