The Welland Rose Festival Parade kicked off at 1:00 pm on Sunday, June 24 at 1:00pm.  Although the weather forecast was rain, the sun shone brightly throughout.

Thousands of onlookers lined the streets to join the festivities. The Tian Guo Marching Band was one of 100 entries. They were welcomed by audience members with smiles, clapping and praise for bringing such beautiful music to the event.
