The Welland Rose Festival was established 22 years ago and now includes over 40 events such as art exhibitions, a fishing derby, a reasure hunt, and street dancing .

The Grande Festival Parade started at 1 PM on Sunday, June 18, 2023. The beautiful warm temperature and blue sky attracted thousands of spectators. The crowd welcomed The Tian Guo Marching Band with cheery smiles, hand clapping and photo taking.
