St. Jamestown Festival, Toronto, June 14, 2008

The community of St. Jamestown in downtown Toronto is home to 19,000 people living within 4 city blocks. Each year a group of volunteers organizes a festival to celebrate the diverse cultures represented. http://torontoist.com/2007/06/festival_feud.php

The festivities kicked off with a parade at 9 A.M. on June 14, 2008. This is the second year in a row that the Tian Guo Marching Band of Canada was asked to participate.

The rain did not discourage the audience members from enjoying the performance. Many waved and clapped from their balcony windows.
